uploading photos from google search is violation of content or not

I have downloaded photos from google search and uploaded in my website as posts. Is this a violation of content and is it allowed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Google is a search engine, not a copyright-free zone. The way you find images has nothing whatsoever to do with whether or not you’re allowed to use them.

Please do not use all caps. On the web it is considered shouting.
For each photo, you have to determine if it is part of the public domain, or whether it is copyrighted by someone. If it is copyrighted, then you really need to check with the owner to get permission to use the photo. Some will allow it, and some will not. Some photos are under creative commons licenses, and you have to comply with that license to be able to use the photos. There are several versions of creative commons licenses. Again, you have to check this out. If you cannot determine if it is copyrighted or not, then DON’T use it.
If you post copyrighted material here on your wordpress.COM blog, and you do not have permission, and the owner of the image files a DMCA violation notice with wordpress, at the very least wordpress will delete the images from your blog, and I’ve seen a good number of cases where wordpress simply deletes your blog and will not give it back. Everything you had on your blog just vanishes into digital thin air.
WordPress takes copyright violations very seriously. If you use copyrighted material without permission here you are playing with a loaded gun.

Ok thank you for your answer,but because i am from French and now i live in Greece i feel very stupid to look a naked photo of Carla Broyniat those blog without to ask any permission for the photo,or anyway to respect that she is tha wife of the Sarkozi,and Sarkozi is the only leader when he was at the greek side with the probleme with the Skopia,so how can i ask from wordpress to stop this blog or anyway the photos?thank you for the helping!!

The owner of the photograph copyright would actually be the only one that could ask for it to be removed as far as I know, or Sarkozi or his wife would have to do some sort of legal action.
