uploading photos in my media library

    Hi there my blog is http://www.wildandgrace.wordpress.com. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to upload an image to my media library. the image is 266 KB. I am worried I have used all my storage. How do I check for this? The other thing is the upload image ‘button’ is 1/2 cut off on my screen, so i don’t know if this is adding to my problem. While i’m on the subject if i delete photos off media library, they will come off my blog posts too? many thanks
