Uploading Photos Issue

Images will not upload
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
If you are, please do these:
(1) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

None of those prior issues applicable
Running FF 18.0.1
No error messages
However displays that 100% image uploaded
If it means anything-it appears to have happened immediately after I uploaded/transferred one of my Posterous Blogs to WordPress

Attempted pic upload with the latest Explorer and got the same excepting no error nor indicator of any upload
