Uploading Photos via Software

  Is there someway that I can upload photos to any of my galleries via a PC software program?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  .jpg/.jpeg
  .gif
  .png

  My question was is there some PC SOFTWARE that I can do this all in then press upload? A lot like Jalbum.?

  Right now i have a link to a different website, can I somehow make that page a sub directory like taylorjohnson.ca/hockeyphotos and links to an external site?
