Uploading pic for header why after I crop, it says image can't be processed?

  I have tried several pics and every time after i crop the image and hit crop and publish then the next screen that appears says that image can’t be processed and to try again. Not sure what to do? Thank you

  Please double check the image format. THis happens usually when the image uploaded is in bitmap (.bmp) format instead of being gif, jpg or png.
