uploading pics – is your server down?

I’ve been trying for 6 hrs to upload pics today why? Not large image files, keep logging in and out. I had the same problem 2 days ago but it fixed itself in 3hrs.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Daniel, Unfortunately I woke up this morning 7 hrs later and I still can’t upload pics – even one – the timer just goes round and round in a loop. I don’t get.
I’ve restarted my computer, restarted wordpress, logged in and out, made a new page and still I can’t upload a pic.
I upload on a regular basis so it’s not a newb issue.
I thought the site might have been been down for maintenance, but this is 15 hrs later.
Don’t know what to try next, I really need help at the wordpress end perhaps? -
Uploading images into your Media Library does not embed them into posts or pages.
Have you exhausted your free media storage space?

If the answer is yes go to Adding Storage Space
https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/If the answer is no, then have you tried dragging an image straight from your desktop or computer’s image folder and drop it directly into your post’s editor?
If you prefer you can click on the Add Media button from the toolbar of your editor to upload an image to your post.

Thank you timethief – I haven’t used my storage space allocation, so I tried so drag and drop but the issue is that the page won’t allow me to ‘Publish’.
