Uploading picture

  I am trying to upload a picture to my blog. After trying three computers and several operating systems, I am at a loss.
  I have also tried uploading with both methods available to me, please help.

  Yes, the picture is in jpg as are all the others I have uploaded.
  I should have mentioned that this is a new problem today and I have used WP for years.
  I am still using the same computers and no upgrade has been made on them lately.
