Uploading pictures

  I am not able to upload pictures to my blog. I have tried on 3 different browsers and 3 different computers. Firefox, Chrome and IE (which I know you don’t support but I just thought I’d give it a try anyway) on 2 separate computers running Win 7 64 bit, and on a laptop running Win 8.1.

  When I click on insert photo it either hangs at 0% or at 100% but never completes and posts to the blog. Can someone give me some info on this?
