Uploading pictures

  When I go to write a post, sometimes the upload box is there and sometimes it’s not. I don’t understand this. Whenever it’s not there, I get this message: “This feature requires iframe support.” I don’t have a clue what this means. Can someone help me so that the upload box comes up everytime?
