Uploading pictures

  I have been trying to upload a picture or two can’t get them to load. I’ve tried all 3 methods that I see, but no success. I have uploaded many pictures before so I think I know I’m doing it right. Sometimes it says that the picture is at 100%, but it is not in the library.
