Uploading plugin

  Hi,
  I would like to upload one of plugins which is 1.6mb however wordpress plugin install menu doesn’t let me upload. Even though %4.5 of my storage are which is around 140mb should be more than enough. Could you please help?

  you can’t upload plugins on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
