Uploading Plugin Using FTP

  Can someone tell me the ‘hostname’ for uploading a plugin usin ftp?
  Or another way of doing it.

  You cannot use plugins on a WordPress.com blog, nor can you use FTP. Do you have a blog on WordPress.com? If so, always include a link to it, starting with http, in your question, so we can give appropriate responses. Right now, I’m just guessing you do.
