uploading plugins and login issues

I’m trying to upload the plug in media.net and I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or what but it wants me to upload it from my computer, and it’s not on my computer?…
Also I still am not able to log into the admin page on my website. when I try to log in with my email it says ‘we couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account please make sure you have it connected to wordpress.com . Also I cannot publish from my wordpress app on my computer because it says I need to confirm in my email. I’ve already done this though and can do it on my phone. can you please help?

If your WordPress.org blog is connected to WordPress.com account via Jetpack, then please refer the below support documentation.
If WordPress.com has problems recognizing your mail, then please provide the email here(the forum software will hide it from everyone except staff) so that staff can help you with the same.

Hi @happyandsimplemomlife, I’m seeing Jetpack connected for the site you reference, but under a different username from the one you posted under here. To log into your site from within WordPress.com, you will have to log in to WP.com using the other username, which starts with ah…
You can also log into your site directly via this link: https://happyandsimplelife.com/wp-login.php.
