uploading problems

  When I post, there is no information about uploading on the screen. Is this because of my browser, or does it have something to do with my posting status on my blog (I was invited to contribute, I didn’t set it up)

  When you’re looking at the Write Post page, it should look like the pictures on this FAQ. Do you see the stuff at teh bottom of the first picture? that’s the uploader.

  No. Below the place where I can write text, there are tabs labeled “Optional Excerpt” and “Trackbacks,” but nothing abou uploading.

  Hmm, that’s strange as it should be right above that.

  The only thing I can think of is make sure your browser can accept unsecure material while you’re looking at a secure webpage. That portion of the webpage is kept unsecure so not to interfere with pictures being uploaded. You may have at one time told your browser not to accept the mixed content.

  There’s a FAQ on the subject that includes a walkthru on how to accept the content while using IE.
