Uploading Profile Picture

  I was just starting to edit my profile and it said I was supposed to receive some kind of email from Gravitar or something and I’m not getting the email. (email visible only to moderators and staff) is what I’m registered under. Thank you!

  Hey there, checked my spam and didn’t see anything :( Also now I’m trying to publish my first blog post and I think I’ve hit “Publish” 5 times, ,it gives me the green line that says “hey you’re blog has posted”, then I can View it if I hit View Post on the right, but then if i just click on Blog on my home page it says I don’t have any posts yet. I think I might suck at this lol

  A wordpress.com account and a gravatar account are one in the same thing.

  You can use one gravatar image for each username account. It will apply to all sites referred under the same username account. And, the Gravatar help link is http://en.gravatar.com/support/

  If you did this How to Make Your Gravatar Profile Private then you can undo what you did http://en.gravatar.com/support/profile-privacy/

  Gravatar/blavatar (favicon) images do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.

  Dashboard → Settings → General

  * Replace “http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG” below with the actual name of your blog in the URL

  http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php

  Do not keep uploading!
  Do not forget to select an image rating.
  Know that other bloggers can choose not to display any “erotic” gravatar’s on their site.
