uploading purchased theme to .com

  I have purchased and downloaded a theme, Winery word press agricultural theme. There is no option for add new in the dashboard under themes.
  Please help!!!!!

  WordPress.com users can use any of the 370+ free and premium themes found in their Dashboard and the Theme Showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/

  Any other theme you may find online is really meant for use with a self-hosted site using the standalone WP software. If you intended on using it on your above WordPressdotcom website, you’ll want to request a refund from where you purchased the theme.
