uploading several files at a time

I am new to blogging and have been spending time trying to find how do I upload several photos to a post I can only upload 1 file at a time I am hoping to write a post and add files as i go along my camino way.
I went into setting but cannot find the media setting for me to change it. Do i need a premium blog to access this function?

When you open the Add media link under Media > Add new; or inside the Add/Edit Post page > Add media > Upload files tab, you can drag and drop multiple files from your computer into the Add Media area.
If you don’t like to drag-and-drop things, you can also click the Select Files button and highlight multiple files at a time before clicking “Open” in the file browser that pops up.

I am sorry but for the life of me I cannot see the Media link for me to do the changes :( I can’t see any of these ( When you open the Add media link under Media > Add new; or inside the Add/Edit Post page > Add media > Upload files tab, ) :(

What does your Add/Edit post page look like? Mine looks like this (the Add media button is marked in red)

Thank you mirimary for your help I found what I was looking for I will try and upload a couple of photos tomorrow. I could not find my admin page to make the changes your links above helped.
