  Hi. I am trying to upload my old WP site so I can download the content and switch it over to my new site. I am having issues with uploading the site backup file.

  What format is the backup you’re trying to upload? Was that original site hosted on WordPress.com?
  What’s the URL of the site where you’re trying to upload it?
