Uploading – store uploads in this folder

  Hi,
  I have set Full URL path to files (optional) in Settings -> Miscellaneous as an absolute url. I had changed it from “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”.

  However, when I try to upload it, it comes up with the error “The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/okarboat/public_html/wp-content/uploads”. I checked the permissions. They are all 755.

  Can someone help me, please?

  The blog you specified at pixels.net.nz does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.

  This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.
