Can I upload a third party template to my WordPress.com blog?

  I bought a wordpress template from a third party and would like to apply/upload it to my wp blog

  WordPress.com does not offer an option to upload custom themes.

  You can upload a custom theme if you switch to WordPress.org though. But before you do that, you should check out all of the themes we do have available for you at WordPress.com: http://theme.wordpress.com/
