Uploading text files

  doc, ppt, odt, pptx, docx, pps, ppsx, xls, and xlsx files are allowed but .txt files aren’t?

  Similarly: zip files are allowed but not 7z, tar, or gz files?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  That is correct. The contents of txt files can just be displayed in a post or a page. The other compression files do not enjoy the popularity of .zip and so are not currently supported.
