Uploading Theme

  I purchases a theme from Theme Forest, I cant figure out how to upload it to my word press blog. Please advise. Thank you

  As users of a free blog at WordPress.com, we aren’t able to upload themes. We are limited to the themes that are available in the menu already. The ability to install themes is limited to sites that are hosted at third party web hosts using the free WordPress software available at WordPress.org.
