Uploading theme

  I cannot see an “upload theme” tab in the appearance/theme section as described in documentation. I am trying to upload a theme that i have purchased from themeforest. I currently have a zip folder containing the information for the theme, however i am unsure on how i can get it activated without the essential step of uploading.

  Hello,

  You can’t upload theme on wordpress.com. However, you have access to many themes already uploaded under appearance/theme. If you want to use your own theme, you will have to move under a self-hosted wordpress.org site : http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
