Uploading theme

  I followed the steps to get my theme. I went to my dashboard, clicked on appearance, clicked on themes but I do not get the option to install themes at the top. How do I get my theme??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. It’s not possible to install your own themes on WordPress.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  You can only activate one of the themes already listed in the themes directory, here: https://wordpress.com/themes/
