  Hi! I am trying to upload my own theme but I cannot find the option to do so, can someone please send me specific instructions on how to do so from my hard drive. Thanks!

  We can’t send you instructions on how to upload a theme to your WordPress.COM blog since third party themes are not allowed here for security and reliability reasons.

  If you want to use an outside theme you need to get your own host and install the WordPress.ORG software

  PS – there is also no FTP access
