  Hi can I upload a theme into non-hosted free wordpress account?

  You are not able to upload new themes using the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on the self-hosted version found at https://wordpress.org/.

  Have you taken a look at the themes available on WordPress.com?
