  You are not able to install new themes using the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on self-hosted WordPress sites.

  What kind of theme are you wanting to add? Are there specific features you want or is it more of the look?

  WordPress.com has hundreds of themes available for you to choose from:
  https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you decide you can’t find a theme you want to use or want to use the one you’ve already purchased from Evato, you would need to use a self-hosted site.

  If you’ve already started adding content to your WordPress.com website, there is a good guide for getting things moved over:
