  I am unable to upload an Envato them I just purchased due to errors on my account. Would you please help me resolve those errors?

  You can not upload themes and plug-ins on the Free Plan. To do so, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

  Thank you for your prompt response. I just purchased that plan how long before I can upload the theme?

  Hi uzma1220 –

  I think that the plan must have been purchased under a different WordPress.com user account. There aren’t any upgrades associated with uzma1220, which is the account you’re using here.

  The plan would be added instantly and you’d be able to upload the theme with in a few moments.
