  Hello, i can’t seem to upload my own theme,
  i’m using the Free Account, does that have something to do with that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You won’t be able to alter php or css files with a free account. So if you designed a theme using the open source wordpress.org software, you wouldn’t be able to apply that to a free account on wordpress.com.

  What theme were you trying to add?

  Hello,
  thank you for replying.
  I see, yes i noticed that i need WordPress.org in order to do that,
  the theme i wanted to upload was Page Builder Framework.
  So is it impossible for Free users on WordPress.com to upload their own theme?

  I don’t know of a way. You can import content from other sites, but the import page on the dashboard leads me to believe that it only imports database content like posts, comments, and categories, rather than formatting elements (theme) that would control how the content is displayed.

  But props to the import page for reminding me that Xanga is a thing that has existed.
