Uploading Theme from Templatetunning.com to free blog and buying hosting

Dear All,
I am the owner of the above blog. As I wanted to make the theme more related to the subject I have bought a template from templatetunning.com with an installation. The problem I have is that they are asking for FTP and C panel details. I have found out, that I do need to have hosting to have these details. As I do not know much about setting up that, I do not know what to do.
If I buy hosting will it transfer all my content to the new server automatically?
Will I keep my URL? I thought of buying new URL – will it redirect the content?
Where should I buy the hosting and URL to make it as WordPress friendly as possible? I heard about godaddy – is it good?
What if I buy URL from different website and hosting from godaddy – will it be difficult to put them together?So confused…:/

If you do not have the skill sets required to maintain your own self hosted wordpress.ORG site then I do not recommend getting one until you do have those skills. There is no safety net. You will be on your own and the support at wordpress.ORG is not the long suffering, hand holding kind of support we Volunteers provide here.
