Uploading theme or deleting content?

    I’m hosting a version of WordPress on Dreamhost and was hoping to move it to WordPress.com. I uploaded the data from the other site and then discovered that I could not upload my theme, even though it’s available for purchase on WP: Duet by ThemeFoundry. Is there a way for me to upload my theme without having to pay for it twice? If not, I want to delete the WordPress.com site, so that I don’t have duplicate content.

    Well you can’t upload your own 3rd party themes

    your Duet theme is not the same as the Duet them on WordPress.com – all themes are highly modified to work here
