  I dont know how to upload my wordpress theme on wordpress.com.
  I have uploaded the on wordpress.org
  please help me

  You can’t use/upload/install a third-party or custom theme on WordPress.com:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-custom-themes

  BTW, all the available themes on WordPress.com are here:
  https://wordpress.com/themes
