Uploading Theme problem

  Hello sir,
  I am trying to upload a WordPress theme from outside by downloading from another site. But unfortunately, I couldn’t upload the theme because it’s not uploading.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are talking about installing a theme you purchased outside WordPress.com, it won’t be possible with a free plan. If you are trying to upload a third-party theme to your existing WordPress.com site, please know that third-party theme uploads and customisation is made available only for Business plan holders with WordPress.com.
