Uploading themes

  I am the blogger for RKristi Modern Hospitality. My boss bought a theme and saved it to the dropbox as a zip folder that is divided into a whole bunch of folders. Now I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install the theme.
  I do not have the install theme button. How do I upload the theme? HELP ME.

  You cannot install the theme. If you paid for it, get your money back. WordPress.ORG themes cannot be installed on WordPress.COM sites; we can only choose from those on the dashboard Themes page.

  You and your boss are both confusing wordpress.com and wordpress.org. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
