  I am trying to upload a third-party child theme from StudioPress. Can I do this with my website farmtome.wordpress.com?

  No. The only themes you can use with a WordPress.COM site are found here:

  http://theme.wordpress.com

  You may want to check out the differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG.

  If you already purchased the 3rd-party theme, you might be able to get a refund. Good luck with your site.
