  is there any way i can change my theme to a theme not included in my dashboard?

  Only by learning CSS, buying the CSS upgrade, and making your own changes to the design of the blog. You cannot change the function of a given theme, but you can change the look. Do NOT purchase the upgrade until you’re already good with CSS, and you can get the changes you want working in the free preview.
