  I can not edit my website and i dont know why, Im trying to upload a new logo and picture and nothing is working

  The site I need help with is yolandanewtonre.wordpress.com.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  i tried all of those and its still not working, i go to edit and it just freezes the whole website.

  i normally use google chrome version 91 (current one) i tried to use safari but it just freezes

  Can you visit this page and let us know what you see for “Operating System” and “Web Browser”?

  This will give us some extra troubleshooting info about your computer. Also I did not hear you mention it, but is this an issue you have both in Chrome and Safari? Or Safari is the only one that freezes? What if you install and try Firefox? Same issue?

  Operating system is :Mac OSX 10 (Unknown Version)
  Browser: Chrome 91.0.4472.114

  Also yes its freezes on both, I just tired firefox and its doing the same thing..

  Hi there,

  Just to make sure: you mention uploading a logo… Is this happening in the Customizer?

  If it’s happening across multiple browsers, it might be a connection issue. Unplug your modem/router for a few seconds, until you’re sure all the lights on the device have switched off. Then restart it. Does that make any difference?

  If possible, can you also try checking on a different internet connection?
