  Hi! Im going to do a lot of uploading into my WordPress website. I just want to know if the ‘personal’ payment plan will do for it. If the ‘premium’ is the only thing that works ill do that, but I want to know if I can do all i need with the ‘personal’ plan. Thank you!

  The ability to upload videos directly to your website requires an upgrade to the Premium or Business Plan where you will gain access to VideoPress. https://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/

  However, you always have the ability to embed a video on your website regardless of what plan you have. If the video itself is hosted by any of the service providers listed in the following link: http://support.wordpress.com/videos/ then it is available to be embedded on your site.
