  Is there any provision for uploading video in any free plan theme?

  Hello there,

  Unfortunately, you cannot upload videos on the free plan. The ability to upload videos directly to your website a plan like Premium, Business, and eCommerce, which give you access to VideoPress:
  https://wordpress.com/support/videopress/

  You can however embed videos on your site. If the video you want is hosted at any of the websites on this list https://wordpress.com/support/videos/ then you can easily embed it anywhere on your site by simply pasting the link.
