Uploading video files

  Will I be able to upload video files and use direct url to it (just like I can with images) anywhere I want, if I subscribe to ‘Personal $2.99 per month, billed yearly’?

  No, I don’t think so.

  Here’s what I found in the Video Support document.

  If you want to upload and host your video files on your blog, you can do that with VideoPress, which is included with WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans
