Uploading video through iPhone app

  Hi all,

  I have been for the last 2+ months been unable to upload video using my iPhone (where all my videos are). I searched the community and it says you guys took down that functionality from the app but that it would be available shortly (see here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/videos-20?replies=6). It’s been 2+ months though and I still can’t do it. Quite honestly, that’s the #1 reason I chose to upgrade to premium, but I’m now not getting any of the benefit. Can you please let me know what we can do about this? I really would love to have the ability upload videos through the app again and feel that it’s unfair to pay for premium if I can’t get that functionality.

  Hi there,

  I definitely understand your frustration. We pulled the video upload from the mobile app so we could make sure that we have the best possible experience for our users. We want to make sure we’ve nailed the video upload before re-adding it. Unfortunately, I don’t have an expected timeframe when it will be re-added. For right now, uploading through the web interface is going to be your best bet.

  I realize that you would prefer just to have the functionality restored, but would you like me to refund the Premium bundle since that feature isn’t available at the moment?
