Uploading video to my blog

  I used to be able to upload video to my blog so easily. I would copy and paste the URL directly into my blog and an image, with a triangle in it, would show up. Now when I upload video, what shows up is a text link.

  Has WordPress changed its previous format? Does it now only support video uploads, with images, from certain sites like YouTube? Do I have to buy the video pluggin in order to upload a video from a site such as Upwothy?

  That’s actually normal. You’ll see the video in the post once you publish it.

  Also, make sure that you’re only doing this for video sites that we support: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/
