Uploading videos – free or now?

  Hi,
  Contemplating starting up a blog with wordpress.com
  Just wondering with the free blog service, can I upload youtube clips and other video clips? or do I need to pay extra for the ‘VideoPress’ features?
  And also, how annoying are the free ads? Anyone got a blog with examples of ads on them I can have a look at?

  Yes. See here for the videos that are supported > http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/ and http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/flickr-video/

  You can upload your own videos to youtube then you don’t need videopress.
