Uploading videos to Blank Canvas theme

  Hi, I’ve tried to upload some MP4 videos to my “media” section. They last no longer than 33 seconds. They’re failing to upload – do I need to change the file format?

  Hi there! Are you seeing any error messages when the videos fail to upload?
  Additionally, does it make any difference if you use the “WP Admin” view of your Media (available here: https://queenstitchqr.uk/wp-admin/upload.php/) to upload the videos?

  Hello again, I’ve managed to upload the videos to my media library. There was no error message. I think I needed to give it a little time to upload. The next challenge will be to put it into a post!
