uploading web templates from open sources

I ‘ve downloaded wordpress templates from deluxe templates, but I do not know to upload it on my wordpress blog.
Is there an one to help me out?

You will need to return it and get a refund. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install any third party themes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/ The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are those found here > Appearance > Themes and there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that.
