uploading wordpress from local site to webservver

  hello
  i have been trying to upload my the wordpress site i built locally (on my computer) to my web server for nearly two weeks and nobody seems to be able to help me.

  I need someone to explain – very simply what to do.

  my web provider is namesco. i need a very detailed and basic step by step instruction of how to do this. i am going crazy.

  if you are unable to give me a detailed way of uploading to the company namesco, just say you don’t know how to. i have had so many responses that have been futile.

  i hope you can help me.
