Uploading wordpress.com premium themes

  Just purchased outspoken theme and I do not know how to upload it. I have seen that I cannot upload custom themes but this theme was from the wordpress.com site so do not really understand it. I am not a website site technical person sorry! Do I need to purchase the $30 custom theme upgrade or use a hostgator etc host to allow me to activate the outspoken theme? Please help!

  In order to use the Outspoken theme on your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to purchase the theme through our theme marketplace:

  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/outspoken/

  If you purchased this theme through another source, you can contact them for a refund. Themes purchased on sites other than WordPress.com are only available for WordPress.org sites. You can learn more about the difference here:
