  uploading xml file

  Hello,

  i followed this guild https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/importing-an-xml-or-csv-file/ to upload my xml file to the website and its not working. It says ‘there don’t appear to be any authors in your xml file’ i have nmo idea how to fix this as the file is just a downlead from squarespace. i’ve looked at various form posts such as https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/problem-importing-xml-file-from-another-wordpress-blog-2/ and i’m still unable to fix this issue. Do u have a solution or could I send the file to you to upload?
