Upload/install theme

  I am trying to upload a theme from my hard drive. I have checked the support section of wordpress and it says that i should check the install themes tab on appearance/themes/install themes. I do not have this tab. I only have – manage themes where I can see a theme which I looked at previously and I can also see the other themes provided by wordpress. Why can I not see the install themes tab?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t upload your own Themes here – security reasons.
