Uploads page freezes up during posting content and I cannot get anything done.

  Hi there, 8/30/13
  I have appreciated wordpress letting me have a net presence it has been a great experience and it has worked well both for myself and for the moderate audience I have been able to attract. But, in the last two years it has been almost impossible to post anything. The site freezes up and I cannot complete the postings. I feel bad about it because of the many people who had grown accustomed to my postings. I feel like I have let them down. Am I the only the one who has been experiencing this problem? Is there anything you guys can do figure out why I cannot upload my posts in a timely fashion via the wordpress server.?
